Shipping Policy

US

We ship using Fedex Ground or Express from Ann Arbor, Michigan. It takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

You can also request an overnight shipment. 

International

We use FedEx International Express, which generally reaches the destination country in 3-5 business days, but the delivery date after that is not guaranteed, as the package has to go through your country's customs.

Please also note that our shipping charge does not cover any customs duties or fees incurred. You will receive a tracking number in an email when we prepare your shipment.
